Hi, We are looking for 2 people to take over my tenancy in this gorgeous 2 bed flat just on the border of ancoats/northern quarter. We are happy to let rooms individually or a couple/friends. One room is en-suite and there is a larger bathroom, usually used by the person in the other room. The building has a roof terrace with views of the city skyline. It also has a coworking area with free coffee machine! Have loved living here but change of circumstances means I need to move :( The rent is roughly 800, but can be less depending on salary. Key workers get up to a 25% discount as well so really good if one of you work in the NHS/ police/ fire. Please let me know if you are interested and will arrange viewings asap.
