A recently refurbished, two double bedroom first floor flat in the heart of Kemptown, Brighton. I am looking for a working professional (individual or a couple) to rent my flat for a short period of time (available from 2nd November until mid-Jan - date TBC). Flat is furnished except one bedroom which is empty (can be used storage or office). Available from 2nd November. Deposit £1000. Please note: The flat is currently on the market so tenant would need to permit occasional viewing (likely no more than 1 a week) - hence why the flat is listed cheaper than others in the area. Bills: Bills included. (Council Tax, Wifi, gas, water, electricity, TV licence). Local to: Brighton hospital, Brighton & Hove College, Brighton beach, shops, good bus routes to all Brighton/Hove area. No smoking, no pets, no students.
