I’m going away for 3-months and am subletting my 2-bedroom Shawlands flat. My flatmate is moving out prior so the second (smaller) bedroom will be partially furnished without a bed. Really spacious with dine-in kitchen, big lounge room, 2 spacious bedrooms, bath, lots of light, cute vibe. Looking for someone who will take really good care of it while I’m away. Rent £1260 p/m Council tax £220 p/m Bills in winter approx £120 p/m depending on how much you use the heater Available 1st Oct 2025 -approx 4th Jan 2026. Potentially longer in Jan. This is a short term sublet without the potential for a permanent stay. Wanting to rent the whole flat to someone/couple/friends- not by room.
