3 rooms flat of 69m² in City of Edinburgh

Looking for a replacement third flatmate to live in this lovely ground floor flat and basement (where the two rooms are including the master bedroom which we are looking to fill). We are all students, the two of us have jobs so we will not be in the flat all the time so everyone gets their peace and quiet and alone time. Looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Boundaries can be discussed on here or when you are moved in. We have window poles for the high windows and our ceiling upstairs (living area) is very high. It is double glazed and not draughty which is an essential for those colder months. Lots of storage space in the master bedroom we are looking to fill. Recently got new hardwood flooring too!
