3 rooms flat of 111 m² in Manchester

Hi I have a 3 bedroom flat located right in the city centre of Manchester at the Uhaus builidng. Each room has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and come with its own ensuite. The flat has an open plan living room/kitchen and the kitchen provides plenty of storage space for cooking utensils and comes with a dishwasher and washer dryer. The building itself is very well built with a 24hr gym, multiple floors providing work/study spaces (including free coffee), conference rooms and large kitchen/dining areas which can be booked out if you wanted to host friends, a terrace and lounge space (which includes a pool table) as well as a roof top bar on the 35th floor. There's also 24hr security and concierge service, multiple events within the "village" complex as well as restaurants and bars. I currently have 6 months left on the contract at a discount rate. The flat normally rents for £3k per month but my contract is £2.7k per month. Bills such as WIFI, electric, gas and even fortnighly cleaning are included in the price.
