2 rooms flat of 21 m² in Manchester

Hi guys I stay in a lovely flat in parsonage road withington. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Rent is about £510 per person. But with Council tax and bills the overall costs are about £600ish. Move in date is the 1st of September. As a flatmate, I’m a devout Christian. However I’m open to living with all kinds of people. I’m a quiet housemate, I love going out for hikes, reading, painting and kickboxing. Ideally, I’m looking for a housemate that is clean, doesn’t do drugs and isn’t an excessive drinker. Im a social worker, so coming home to a quiet, clean and peaceful home is ideal. The neighborhood is in is a lush green family area, with a primary school near by. The 142, 143, 41, 42, 43 buses all go past my street. There’s a tram stop near by, gym and many supermarkets near too. It’s honestly a lovely place to stay. The bedroom: if interested my landlord agency will send you photos of the bedroom. As my current housemate is out of town so I cannot access the bedroom for photos. However the bedroom is the largest in the flat. With large windows and a double bed. It’s well furnished with a study desk, built in cupboards. Let me know if you’re interested in moving in.
