1 room flat of 25m² in Brighton

This is a beautiful, second floor, central flat in Brighton that I'm buying for myself but unfortunately I cannot live in it until the beginning of 2027. So until then I'm looking for a careful tenant who will treat the flat with care and respect and appreciate its not a long term option The pictures are from right move and show the flat with the current owners furniture - however I shall be renting it unfurnished . It should be available from the 7th April but im keen to secure a tenant before the end of March if possible. No pets or smokers and deposit required. I estimate monthly bills to be - £113 council tax, £100 electric currently(no gas)- ( probably cheaper in summer) , £27 wifi and £60 water - or we can negotiate an all inclusive price if preferred. Could be part or wholly unfurnished - up to you ! cheers. Mary
