Hello! My partner and I are going away for three months and looking for people to sublet our beautiful top floor flat in Herne Hill (Jan 20th-April 20th), either by the room or as the whole property. The flat is right next to Herne Hill station (Thameslink/South Eastern) and a 15 minute walk to Brixton tube. It has two spacious double bedrooms, a separate lounge/dining area, an office space, kitchen, a nearly refurbished bathroom, and comes completely furnished. Best yet, the flat overlooks the stunning Brockwell Park, and Herne Hill Market takes place every Sunday. We are looking for kind respectful lodgers who will look after our home while we are away. The rent includes council tax (Band C) but excludes bills which we pay ad-hoc and will let you know your monthly usage. EPC - D.
