The arched first floor windows are grouped in a panel, the foliate carving to the caps of the dividing piers continued as impost string across front. The head of the panel has bricks cut as if part of a billet mould and the same pattern occurs below the dentil brick eaves cornice, across the flat head of the second floor triple group of windows, also set in a panel with Gothic carving to the caps of the dividing piers.
