The floor to ceiling windows illuminate the rooms with natural light and create a feeling of space. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a snug sofa and large TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes, a full length window and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.Guest Access:Guests have sole access to the property.The Neighborhood:Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.Getting Around:Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.Other Things to Note:If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to00:00,there is £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to07:00,there is £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.Sofa bed: the sofa bed is only to be used when the booking is for 3 people.
