The floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and create a feeling of space. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and large sofa and TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedrooms feature a full length window, storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern and clean bathrooms, meaning no queue's in the mornings! Each has a shower (1 with bath also), toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.Other Things to Note:Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to00:00,there is £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to07:00,there is £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings.
