1 room flat of 100m² in Birmingham

I have moved out as my personal courses have ended. The apartment is available for sublet from May 9th to September. Here are the details of the iQ apartment: It's a studio with 24-hour hot water. The room is on the first floor, which is cooler in summer (based on my experience). The studio faces the canal and is very quiet, not disturbing your sleep at night. I am a student at the University of Birmingham. The apartment is in an excellent location, right next to the Five Ways station. It takes only 3 minutes by train and 10 minutes by bus to get to the university (both stations are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment). There is a Tesco supermarket within a 5-minute walk and a large Morrisons supermarket within a 10-minute walk. The prices at these supermarkets are reasonable. If you prefer to shop at better supermarkets, the apartment is also close to the city center, which is about a 20-minute walk (based on my slow pace). If you prefer to take a bus, there is a bus stop right across from the apartment, and it takes about 3-5 minutes to reach the city center. In summary, the apartment is in a great location, whether you are going to school or the city center. Before I left, I cleaned the apartment very thoroughly. There are no personal items left, and it is ready for you to move in. I am very tidy, so the floor is mopped every day and the room is disinfected. This is the basic information about the studio.
