1 room flat of 14 m² in Brighton

I'm sadly moving out of my lovely flatshare a little early, as I'm starting a new job in Bristol. So, I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for July and August. My tenancy agreement ends on the 22nd August so it would be until this date. The room is large, bright, and comes furnished with nice pieces. The flat is just a one-minute walk from the sea - you can see the water from the bathroom window :) It’s perfect for morning swims followed by a warm shower. There’s also a little balcony off the kitchen, which is a great suntrap for lunch or a cup of coffee in the midday sun. You’ll be sharing the flat with three lovely housemates, all around 26 years old. They’re friendly, sociable, and always up for a chat or a beach trip, while also being tidy and respectful of shared spaces. They will all be moving out at the end of the contract in August. We live directly above the estate agents, which means that any maintenance issues can be sorted quickly - and the agents themselves are pretty relaxed.
