We’re sadly moving out of our lovely two-bedroom apartment in Madison Square, just off Duke Street – and looking for someone to take over our tenancy, which runs until June next year. Can also extend past this point. The flat is unfurnished, but we’re happy to discuss leaving a few pieces for a small additional cost if helpful. It’s been perfect for us as a couple, and we’ll be really sad to leave – only moving because we’re ready for a bit more space. The landlord is great and looked after us throughout.
