Looking for a replacement tenant for a furnished en-suite room. The room has its own bathroom and you’ll be sharing an apartment with 3 other housemates that are all studying locally, in their 20’s and are female.. The flat has a shared kitchen and living space. We’re looking for someone who is preferably female, tidy, friendly and is respectful. Everyone is very independent and does their own thing, but we're friendly and keep the shared spaces clean. (Bills are included)
