Me and my Flat mate are deciding to move out of our flat in Piccadilly, city centre and need somebody to take over the lease. 10 minute walk from the train station. The apartment block includes gym, cinema room, working spaces, a sky lounge/terrace and a private dining room. Second bedroom similar to the one in the picture slightly smaller, still a double with built in double wardrobe.
