Please note, we are looking to rent the 2 rooms together as part of a single joint tenancy agreement. ⚠️ The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard across all areas; as such, it is only suitable for those wanting to live in Manchester on a temporary, fixed-term basis - without bringing furniture or large amounts of belongings (our preferred duration of stay is 12 months). If this does not align with your own needs/circumstances, this property would not be a good fit for you. 📌 The apartment is in a safe, cosy development in Southern Gateway, near Oxford Road. This is a great location, within walking distance of the universities and a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. It is also very close to the newly developed and highly desirable Deansgate Square (Owen Street) district. 🚌 The property is surrounded by great transport links: both Oxford Road train station and the Deansgate-Castlefield tram stop are under 5 minutes away, and there are bus stops all along Oxford Road. 🛏️ The apartment has 2 double bedrooms: 1) The main bedroom has a good sized window and comes furnished with a double bed (+ new, unused mattress), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror and table.
