1 room flat of 24m² in Glasgow

My friend and I are master’s students from the University of Glasgow and we’re about to graduate. We have a 3B2B apartment and are renting out one ensuite room with a private bathroom. The rent is £750 per month, for a 6-month lease, with the full rent paid upfront. We are looking for a female flatmate. We can arrange a viewing together within the next two days to confirm the move-in.
