Key collection is from 15:00 unless early collection is arranged, which is subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. Late key returns after the 10:00 check-out time are also subject to a charge. This is a non-smoking building; £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found in the flat. Guests must use the designated smoking area at the back of the building, and smoking in front of the building will incur a £100 charge. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 are not accepted. Please ensure the parking permit is returned upon check-out; a missing permit will result in a £100 deposit charge.
