This cosy space has a private entrance and comes with access to a beautiful West facing garden (that I share). If you are lucky you will get to meet my gorgeous doggy out there! The apartment has some nice touches - it is has a homely vibe with plenty of plants and tasteful pictures. The apartment resides within a beautiful Victorian townhouse. It is self-contained and I live in the maisonette above. I am very friendly and community orientated person. I am a professional and I mainly work from home. The space has wifi. There is a good amount of storage within this flat. Mop, hoover, broom, clothes rack are all provided. KITCHEN The kitchen has a hob, washing machine, sink, microwave oven/grill, toaster kitchen items (cutlery, plates, bowls, pans etc). There is a large table and the garden can also be accessed from the garden. LIVING ROOM There is a cosy lounge area with table and chairs for eating. It is open plan with modern wooden floors. The is also a super comfy sofa and chair. The living room opens up to the garden. There is a fire place, however, it is currently decorative only. BEDROOM This is a good-sized, clean, peaceful room with a super comfortable king sized bed, built in storage, and a wardrobe. GARDEN Outside there is a quiet, and sunny west-facing garden, with chairs and a table, so you can soak up the rays. THE AREA The apartment is in a trendy, desirable area. It is surrounded by quaint coffee shops and excellent pubs with good food. Luna hut has opened up a sauna 5 minutes walk away. The arty "Duke of York's" Cinema (England's oldest cinema) is two minutes away. The lovely Preston Park is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the Level (a cute, central park) is less than 5 minutes away. Brighton station is a 10 minute walk. London Road station is a 3 minute walk, which is incredibly helpful for getting to the countryside or cute little towns, such as Stanmer Park, Lewes, Glynde or Seaford. Free parking is 15ish minutes walk away.
