Looking for someone to take over my studio flat tenancy as I want to move e in with my friend, the flat is perfect. It is a 2 min walk from the UoL campus and is just above a Tesco express and KFC. Rent is £180 a week including all bills which is much lower than the company advertise it to new tenants. WiFi and hot water is very reliable, but smoking is not allowed. Street parking, I will pass over my permit. Building is Urban Sleep on myrtle parade.
