The residence features an on-site gym, café/bar lounge, dance studio, cinema, games/karaoke rooms, library, laundry, study area and external viewing gallery on 33rd floor. There is 24 hour reception with CCTV and secure door entry. Single bedrooms are in 2-bedroom apartments, with shared kitchen and bathroom. Bedding/linen is provided, but students must bring their own towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their apartment and laundering bed linen. Utilities and internet are included, and there is access to all facilities. Please note, we do not permit departures in October-December.
