These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise & be aware there is no lift in this building. This apartment is located down a single flight of stairs.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire apartment.The Neighborhood:This wonderful area is the life and soul of Liverpool, the day and nightlife is thriving and there is always something to do within a couple of minutes walk. Pubs, clubs and restaurants galore, you will be spoilt for choice!Getting Around:If you're arriving by train, Lime Street Station is a 7 minute walk away and Central Station is a 5 minute walk away! Almost everything you will be coming to do in the city centre will be within walking distance. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage found to smoke alarms will result in a charge of £1,000.Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.
