With two bedrooms, each with two single beds, fully kitted kitchen and dining area you have the perfect space from which to explore the city! With the lounge also boasting a cosy sofa bed, you will have plenty of space!Please note that the beds have recently been changed from doubles to singles. The photos of the beds are general photos across all our listings in the building; however, the quality and style are the same.Guest Access:Guests have full exclusive access to all areas of the apartment and shared access to the communal entrance of the building, hallway and communal stairwell with other residents of the building.The Neighborhood:These apartments are located just off Concert Square, one of the main nightlife districts and just around the corner from Bold St with tonnes of restaurants.You have Shipping Forecast just over the road who do a great Sunday roast, The Merchant gin bar two minutes away and Pedro's bar & late-night pizzeria too!Getting Around:Everything is within walking distance in Liverpool city centre. If needed you are a short walk to Paradise St bus/coach station, 10 minutes walk from Lime St train station and 5 minutes from Central train station.Other Things to Note:We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.The apartment is located on the 1st floor.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed.
