The deposit will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.- To protect against potential damage to the property, our booking terms and conditions offer two options for the security deposit:1. A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, paid via a secure Stripe link. This covers minor accidental damages such as broken glasses, utensils, plates, mirrors, and stained towels. This fee is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation, as it covers administrative costs and secures your booking.2. A £250 refundable deposit, paid via a secure Stripe link.
