If your booking consists of 2 guests and less and you would like to use the sofa bed, there will be a £25 set up and laundry fee. Please arrange with us and pay the relevant fee at least 24 hours in advance to secure the early check in/ late check out time and it is subject to availability. The room will only be ready to check in at the allocated time. We apologize that we don't have any luggage storage facilities at the property. There is a left luggage service at the train station that you can use.Experience comfort and convenience in our stylish 1-bedroom apartment. Enjoy free off-road parking from 6pm-8am, or choose from various nearby paid secured options, including a £8/overnight City Council car park 10 minutes away.Relax in a double bedroom furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables, and a smart TV. Beddings, linens, and towels are provided. Our standard feather duvet can be replaced with a synthetic one upon request. The bedroom also features a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.The bathroom boasts a bathtub, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are supplied. Unwind in a spacious lounge with a 3-seater sofa that converts into a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an open-space kitchen, fully stocked for basic cooking.The apartment can accommodate a 3rd guest, and the double sofa bed will be set up accordingly. If booked for 2 guests, it can be set up for an additional fee.
