Treat the place like home!The Neighborhood:The apartment is just a 12 minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Limestreet Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre and St George's Hall.Getting Around:Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station is just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than £3.Other Things to Note:The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is located on the 5th floor.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please
