A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**Guest Access:Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.Please note that there are 5 flights of stairs up to the apartment.The Neighborhood:Situated in the Georgian Quarter, a prestigious neighbourhood known for its remarkable architecture, scenic buildings, and original cobbled streets, this apartment serves as the perfect base for everyone!Step out the front door and you’ll find yourself amidst some of Liverpool’s most stunning architecture, with the neighbourhood showcasing its timeless beauty. Just a short stroll away are Hope Street and the city centre, where you can explore a variety of delightful restaurants, cosy cafes, theatres, and concert venues.This beautiful, colourful apartment is just a short stroll from the City Centre and near some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall!The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair.Getting Around:The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!Other Things to Note:The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (is up 5 flights of stairs).Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
