A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**Guest Access:Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.Please note that there are 5 flights of stairs up to the apartment.The Neighborhood:This apartment is nestled in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, near the iconic St Luke’s Church, locally known as ‘The Bombed Out Church,’ which frequently hosts events like open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more.If you are looking for some great restaurants near the apartment - visit Hope Street, a stone's throw away and explore the many different places it has to offer. The Georgian Quarter is home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool, including both the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and also The Philharmonic Hall, ideal for those looking to gain some historical knowledge. If you are looking to head into the bustling City Centre, this is just a short walk away - or you can even hop on the bus, making this the perfect location for all different interests and occasions!Getting Around:The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 1 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!Other Things to Note:The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is located on the top floor (is up 4 narrow staircases).Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
