Please note that this is accessible only via stairs.The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. The apartment is a 17-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.
