Just a short walk from the City Centre, and close to some exciting architectural places of interest such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, the location of this property is truly spectacular!Make sure to take a walk to the energetic Baltic Market that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!Getting Around:The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!Other Things to Note:The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is on the ground floor.Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
