The Georgian Quarter is home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool, including both the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and also The Philharmonic Hall, ideal for those looking to gain some historical knowledge. If you are looking to head into the bustling City Centre, this is just a short walk away - or you can even hop on the bus, making this the perfect location for all different interests and occasions!Getting Around:The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!Other Things to Note:The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is located on the 1st floor.Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.
