The washing machine is in the kitchen too. - A large, combined living room/dining room. - 1 bathroom with a good shower. - 1 toilet in a separate room. - A shared garden. - A lockable shed with space for bikes and extra storage. - A private driveway. Rent is £1600 per month. Bills are £400 per month, and include normal use of water, electricity, and gas, as well as wifi, tv licence, and council tax. Council tax band is D. EPC rating D.
