Hi there, (Please note the flat is available from 02 June - 1 September 2025 and I am renting it out as a whole flat, not per room.) I am currently taking a work sabbatical for a few months so I am renting out my two bedroom ground floor flat 2 mins walk from Queens Park. This price includes all bills including council tax and internet. It’s in a lovely and very quiet building with a nice back garden and I have a small front garden also. It would suit a couple who could use the second bedroom as a study. Or two friends who can use both double bedrooms. Or one person. Please note I will not be renting rooms out separately. The flat is on the same street as queens park train station and Is parallel to all the lovely cafes and bars on Pollockshaws Road (Lobo, Brunfield Bakery etc).
