Hello, I am looking to rent out my apartment in Chorlton Mill. I am ideally looking to let the flat as a whole but could work on individual rooms. The apartment is situated in Chorlton Mill which is a quiet owner occupied block on Cambridge Street which although being in the heart of the city is rather quiet. I am looking for two like minded people or a couple to rent the property who will treat my place like their own as I have furnished the property to a high standard. Property comes with top of the range beds and mattresses. Washing machine is brand new , WIFI is super fast, appliances are the best you can get. Bills are not included in this rental fee and the apartment is available to move in from May 9th. Building comes with 9-5 concierge and coded doors/lift for security. Apartment comes with no parking but parking is available close by for around £100 pm. Thanks Jack
