Location :With such a fantastic location there’s no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city centre is accessible by foot and we're only a five minute walk from Piccadilly Station. PARKING: We have one free parking space on our driveway and there’s more paid parking 2 minutes walk away which is £6.50 a day. 4 x Spacious bedrooms :all bedrooms have brand new comfy beds with fresh linen and towels for each guest. There’s also plenty of storage for those staying for longer Living room : There’s loads to do in the city but when it’s time to relax there’s no better place than in our living room. Sit back and relax on a sofa and enjoy live TV or complimentarily Netflix and chill. Our WIFI is 70mbps superfast fibre so you’ll have no issues streaming on all your devices. KITCHEN: the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home including blender & cafetière. Cosy night in but don’t want to cook? Order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door. Utility room :You’ll find an extra sink & washer / dryer machine. We’ll also leave a cot here for families Provided for your stay : for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.Guest Access:You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
