Loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time. If excessive noise causes complaints from neighbours, security may be called and guests may be asked to leave without refund.No Parties or EventsThis property is strictly not suitable for parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. Any evidence of parties will result in immediate removal by security with no refund, and any associated damages, extra cleaning, or neighbour complaints may be charged to your deposit.GuestsOnly the guests listed on the booking may stay overnight. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved in advance, and unauthorised guests will incur a £50 per person, per night charge. Please be honest about guest numbers to avoid issues at check-in and during your stay.SmokingSmoking, including vaping, is not permitted indoors. If smoke or evidence of smoking is found inside, a £1000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning, deodorising, and any damage caused. Smoking is permitted outside only, and cigarette ends must be disposed of safely and respectfully.Illegal SubstancesThe use or possession of illegal substances or related items is strictly prohibited. Evidence or reasonable suspicion will result in a £1000 charge for removal and cleaning, with further costs applied if necessary.Security Call-OutsIf security staff are required to attend due to noise, parties, or other issues, a £50 fee will be charged per call-out.
