However, daylight passes through so the apartment will not be dark. The balcony is still accessible for use, but will be visited periodically by builders from scaffolding on the outside to use as passage way. There will be active construction works throughout the day on weekdays, but it's periodic drilling only with no loud disruptive noises. Balcony door is locked for safety reasons.
