Once ashtray is full, please empty it in the black bin which is on the side of the gate upon entry.Tampering with smoke alarms/ cameras/ carbon monoxide detector/ heat alarms or any other electrical devices pre installed can lead to up to a £1000 fine.Any property left behind by any guests would be disposed of. Please note, its the guests' responsibility to keep their property safe at all times and to take any belongings with them after checkout. Management will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.Devices are installed for health and safety reasons. Therefore, no guest is allowed to tamper with them.Fresh rolls of bin lining bags can be found under the kitchen sink. Please empty the bathroom/kitchen bin when full.
