The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and a space to relax on the sofa and watch the Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. The spacious bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a powerful shower, a toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).Guest Access:Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.The Neighborhood:Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions, including the Arndale shopping centre, chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighborhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. There's a Tesco Metro just around the corner for your grcery shopping, and the main Train ans bus stations are a short taxi ride away.Getting Around:The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local tram and bus stops just 5 minutes walk away. The main train stations are just a 10 minute walk away, from which there are rail links to the rest of the UK.Other Things to Note:Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
