I am renting out my first-floor flat as I have recently accepted a new job in another city and still have six months left on my lease. The flat is very nice, modern, and fully furnished, located in a well-maintained building with a lift and secure postal/package delivery services. The space is bright, comfortable, and move-in ready, with ample free on-street parking available. This apartment is so central to most places about 10 minutes from Piccadilly, 6 minutes to MRI hospital, and about 8 minutes to Oxford road. Close to town and good for commute I’m looking for someone who is neat, organised, and respectful of the home whether you’re a student, a single professional, or a couple. Ideally, I would like someone to stay for at least three to six months, but I’m open to shorter lets for the right person.
