Hello, I’m looking for someone to move into my recently renovated property in the NOMA/Ancoats region of Manchester. Myself and my girlfriend own the flat and have lived there for the last few years but we're going to be living in Australia for a while. Its small but smartly furnished and is perfect for a single person or a couple. It’s a 1-bed flat, just a 2-minute walk from Ancoats square or the Northern Quarter. Also, 15-minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly and 10-minute walk to Manchester Victoria). The building and flat are pet-friendly, just let me know first as its probably not ideal for a big dog.
