Self contained annexe, with parking. Arranged as 2 ajoining rooms plus entrance corridor and bathroom. Kitchenette Bathroom with shower and bath Double bed Wardrobe desk sofa View over quiet front garden. Usually let to one person (tho can acommodate two). Kitchenette has hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, cuboards and sink. (no washing machine) tho there is a drying rack and external patio for outside drying. Bills included Service clean once a month. Bedding and towels swap/light clean every 2 weeks. The annexe is the front part of our family home, in a quiet street, a 20 minute cycle ride from cambridge science park and into town. There is space for a car (If you need car charging there is an extra electricity fee,) There is a bus at the end of the street which will take you into town also.
