We have a beautiful and spacious apartment with access to a shared garden. Ideally suited to a single tenant or couple. There is a large conservatory that brings in a lot of light to this apartment and can be used as an office or dining space depending on your needs. There is an entire dedicated room for storage which can fit bikes or larger items like suitcases ect. Not suitable for people over 5.9ft as the ceiling height is reduced by the presence of some beams. Looking for a quiet and well mannered tenant. We are a family of 3 who live above and would share the garden so looking for people that we get on well with. I am an artist so I will use the studio in the garden to paint.
