Hi! Myself and my flatmate, James, are moving out of this flat on 14th August. We assumed our tenancy would be ending on this date but because of the new renters rights, our landlord is saying that we didn’t give the full 2 months notice and so is trying to charge us rent until September unless we can find someone to move in when we leave, so we’re in a desperate search for tenants who can move in in mid August! This is a beautiful 2 bedroom flat and we’ve loved living here. It’s in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the central station and near loads of nice supermarkets and restaurants (and Kanto bakery 🤤). It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite There is also a shared bathroom. And then a very large open plan kitchen-living-dining room with a balcony. The Belvedere itself is a private luxury apartment complex, with a full time concierge/porter’s lodge, private underground parking (single parking spot), and a leisure suite with a swimming pool, steam room and gym. *Disclaimer* We are advertising on behalf of the letting agency, Leaders. If you would like to move in, we will refer you to them for the next steps. They may have some of their own criteria for tenants. We have been paying £1850 rent/month, but I can’t guarantee the letting agency won’t sneakily try to increase the rent for the next set of tenants. They have a deposit-free option which we’ve used, where you pay a small fee to not have to pay a deposit. There is also a charge of £70/month for the flat for access to the leisure suite, etc.
