Hi everyone :) I'm looking to sublet my gorgeous one-bedroom flat in Yorkhill for the summer. Available from 13th of July till roughly around 5th of September. Ideal for a couple. You will have the entire flat to enjoy, it is very spacious and bright, furnished and equipped with everything you would need. (The picture of the kitchen dates from December, the hob has since been replaced with a much better one!) Incredibly quiet and peaceful place to live. The bedroom is on the garden side, so you mostly hear the birds in the morning! Perfect location, next door to Kelvingrove museum and Park, 4 min to Tesco's, 12-15 min to Lidl. Accessibility: it's on the ground floor, only a step at the front door and there is a small step going into the bathroom. The bins are accessed through the garden which has a set of steps going up and then down. The rent is £895 a month, reduced here to 800£ all included (I will cover the bills myself). That price is still negotiable, as long as it gets lived in and a part of the rent is covered I'm happy to discuss depending on people's needs/situations.
