TLDR: Whole house sublet for 2-3 as we are abroad. - Available until January, Feb. Option to extend till October. FRONT ROOM An airy, light-filled room with large windows facing the forecourt and the green space next to the house comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, bedside table and an antique wardrobe. Carpeted. BACK ROOM A spacious, quiet carpeted room decorated in neutral white and greys with smart lights, king size bed, Eve mattress, 3 wardrobes, bedside table, Ikea desk and (disused) fireplace. Windows onto wild green space. COST: All bills included (for reasonable consumption). £980 per room paid monthly in advance directly to us. ACCESSIBILITY The door to the room and bathroom are both 65cm wide and the main entrance door is 80cm wide. There are 3 steps to the house from street level. The flat is spread over one floor only. AMENITIES Smart thermostat warms up the house quickly, Double-glazed windows throughout. Smart doorbell. Smart lights in common area. Google assistant. Forecourt with bench and BBQ. Outdoor bike storage. Internet speeds up to 300mbps (fast!), Dining table and chair. Sofa. Fridge/Freezer. Shower with hot water, always (!). Washing machine. Gas hob. Oven. Microwave. Blender. Instant pot. Iron. House plants. No dish-washer unfortunately. Big book shelf THE CAT Halo is 3 years old and very people-friendly. She sleeps indoors and goes out to play, poo and be wild (no cat litter in the house = no smells). She doesn’t scratch anymore as long as you are nice. She gets hungry 3 times a day and will love you once you feed her. I either put her up with a friend whilst I'm at work in Thailand or leave her with you if you until January if you'd like to keep her for two months. THE AREA/TRANSPORT We are located wedged between 3-5 parks, so this area is very green! I always say it’s Peckham but really it’s the quieter triangle between Nunhead, Peckham Rye, Honour Oak and Dulwich. Peckham Rye Park is literally 1 minute walk away and has a forest, pond, cafe, playground. Peckham Rye has famous rooftop bars, co-working spaces, afro hair shops, barbers, African grocers, Morrisons, Primark, cafes, art galleries and London’s cheapest cinema (£5 anytime). All residents in this London borough of Southwark can use the gym, sauna and swimming pool for free Fridays-Sundays. There is also The Gym, Anytime Fitness, yoga studios and a Crossfit Gym. Most stations are a 15 min walk and connect you to the Overground running to Canada Water (Jubilee line) or Croydon. The Thameslink runs at certain times from Nunhead (10 min walk). Bus 343 go to New Cross and Peckham Rye for the Overground and National Rail to London Bridge. 484 goes to Denmark Hill Hospital. And Lewisham. Families or pets welcome.
