1 room flat of 37m² in Manchester

I am looking for someone to take over my studio tenancy from mid-late November to the 27th February when the tenancy ends. The tenancy takeover would be 3 months however I am offering a week extra for free so a flexible move in date is available at no extra cost. Bills are included in the rent. It is a modern studio in the city centre with a great view and extra amenities. Theres also a garage nearby for parking at an extra cost. Please note, no students, preferably professionals.
