A modern six bedroom student house in prime location in central Cathays, within close proximity to Cardiff University main campus, and also very close to the town centre. The house comprises of six double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining area with fitted kitchen and all modern appliances, a separate lounge area, two modern bathrooms both with walk in showers - also an additional toilet on the ground floor. - To secure this property, you will be required to complete an Application Form and pay a Holding Deposit equal to – at most – one weeks' rent. Thereafter, we will conduct a Referencing Process using the information provided within your Application Form. If your Application is successful, your Holding Deposit will be used towards your Security Deposit (if a Security Deposit isn't payable, your Holding Deposit will be used towards your first month's rent).
