Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.The Neighborhood:The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets.The apartment is within walking distance of The Philharmonic, and Everyman Theatre. It is less than a 10-minute walk away to Hope Street - home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants.You can walk everywhere to restaurants, bars and cafés and wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. It is also only a quick bus ride away from Liverpool City Centre. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you will find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.Getting Around:The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 1 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!Other Things to Note:The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is on the 2nd floor (up 3 flights of stairs).Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
